For a puzzle correction

Include the puzzle title or page address, the word involved, and whether you were playing online, looking at answers, or using a printed sheet. That helps us check the exact version you saw.

For a print or accessibility issue

Tell us the device or browser you used and, for print problems, whether you selected US Letter or A4. Describe what made the activity difficult to use. We do not need personal medical information to investigate a readability issue.

For privacy questions

Use the same address for questions about optional analytics, browser storage, or a message you previously sent. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
