Find 24 backstage theater terms in a fixed Hard word search. Hidden targets online, with Letter/A4 word-list puzzles and separate answer PDFs.

Keep your flow
One more good puzzle.
A little more to discover.
Look behind the performance
A production brings together people, documents, spaces and equipment. This list spans all four: a stage manager may use a prompt book, a dresser works with costumes, and a scrim is part of the stage picture. Theater terminology varies between venues, so treat the list as an introduction to common words rather than a universal description of every backstage setup.
Keep compound targets together
The Hard board hides twenty-four targets in eight directions across a 22 × 22 grid. Compounds such as PROMPTBOOK and QUICKCHANGE are joined in the letters. Hidden online targets make their full spelling part of the challenge. A word that fits the theater theme only counts if it belongs to this preset collection and the player accepts your selection.
Plan an imaginary scene change
After the search, choose three words that might help a team prepare a scene change. Explain who would communicate, what would move, and where it would go. This is a discussion activity, not an instruction to operate stage machinery. Orchestra offers a musical companion puzzle, while Architecture explores a different part of the built environment.
Keep the answer off the first desk
The downloadable Letter and A4 puzzle sheets include the word list, with a separate answer PDF for each paper size. Print at actual size and check the selected size in the viewer. Let one person keep the answers while another tries the board. The frozen layout is identical to the online puzzle, including every backward and diagonal target.
