A little more to discover.

A small collection of festive details

A ribbon on a gift, lights on a tree and a wreath at a door give this puzzle its focus. Fourteen familiar Christmas words mix decorations with seasonal figures and activities. SNOW belongs to the imagery of many cards and stories; Christmas is not snowy everywhere. Choose the words and associations that fit your own setting rather than treating the list as a checklist for a celebration.

Look across and down

This 14 × 14 board uses forward horizontal and vertical paths only, with the full word list visible online. Longer shapes such as RIBBON and CANDLE can make good starting points. Check SLEIGH carefully before tracing its letters. Select the entire highlighted spelling; a neighbouring filler letter is not part of the target.

Prepare a quiet holiday activity

Select Letter or A4 and open the puzzle PDF for the grid and word list on one page. Download the answer PDF separately if you are preparing copies for a group. Actual-size printing preserves the spacious large-print layout, and the online board has exactly the same arrangement. Keep drinks and pens ready before handing out the sheets if you want to solve around a table.

Pick another Christmas focus

Christmas Treats moves from decorations to foods, drinks and baking ingredients, while Christmas Traditions provides a larger Hard board with diagonal and backward paths. Each has its own frozen list and answers. You may print free personal or classroom copies, and share the original page link. Households and communities celebrate differently; these are optional recreational activities.
