A small table of familiar words

A teapot, cup and saucer set the scene for this tea-time search. The list also includes possible accompaniments, from lemon to a biscuit or sandwich. Customs and preferences vary; the puzzle does not prescribe a correct way to serve tea. Let it begin a conversation about a favorite afternoon break.

Find the short words as carefully as the long ones

The fourteen targets run forward horizontally or vertically in a 14 × 14 grid. No diagonal or backward paths are used, and the list remains visible online. TEA and TEAPOT are separate targets: selecting the longer word does not automatically mark the shorter one. Check the progress list after each complete selection.

Share a relaxed second activity

Use the board at a kitchen table or in a small group, with no need to race the timer. Each person can choose a different word to search for next. Baking Day, when available in the related collection, complements the refreshments theme; Kitchen Tools offers familiar utensils for another round.

Print the board at a readable size
